Here at Bloom Shine Events we design anything from small boutique private gatherings to large corporate events and everything in-between.
We believe in a collaborative approach, through working with you, not for you. Our aim is to create a space/environment that propels your business to the next level.

Event Design Process

Consultation
We offer complimentary voice call or video call consultations to discuss your event details with you.
Quote
After our initial consultation, we will then offer you a formal quotation for the products and services we have recommended. Event styling is what we know best, therefore we have strong connections within the industry to achieve the right ascetics for your event. We liaise with trusted external suppliers such as hire companies and additional event stylists and designers nationwide to achieve the right aesthetic for your special occasion.
Deposit
Once overviewing the quote (and adjusting where needed) we then require a 50% (non- refundable deposit - please read our terms and contains as this non-refundable deposit if based on a case-by case situation). The remaining 50% deposit will be due 35 days prior to your event.
Site/Venue visit
This step in the process enables the Dream. process to come to life. Venue visits aren’t compulsory as short turnaround time for events can make this step difficult to achieve. However photos of the site/venue is recommended and an additional way to achieve this step.
Design Proposal
The Bloom Shine Events team works with clients to create event design concepts. We’re a design agency that can either walk alongside your creative concept with you, or lead the way by taking full reign over the creative design concept.
The team at Bloom Shine Events provide mood boards and full design concepts to digitally bring the Dream. step to life. This step is a vital process of the event design process as concepts can then be amended to additional ideas and/or styles after seeing the initial event design concept.
Planning & Preparation
The team at Bloom Shine Events liaise with local and nationwide suppliers and contractors to bring spaces to life.

This is where the magic happens, the team at Bloom Shine Events gain the privilege of creating memories for clients to cherish for life. Adding nature to formal events from small plants for intimate gatherings or large plants to fill the space of high ceilings, plants are a great room buffer.
