Shipping Policy

Goods are delivered within 2-3 working days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification once your goods have been shipped.

  • Goods are sent at the risk of Bloom Shine Events until the package is signed at the address provided by you or another person 18 years or over.

  • If your Goods have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we may dispatch a replacement efficiently to minimize any inconvenience.

  • If goods aren't able to be delivered in the time frame - clients will be notified via email. 

  • Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.

  • If goods are larger than typical orders,  delivery times may be slightly longer. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

  • Double Stuffed Balloons
    Custom curated balloons most commonly known as ‘double stuffed balloons’ are the combination of two colours, one inside of the other to curate a custom coloured balloon. Bloom Shine Events has customly designed every individual balloon garland box to the high standards of the Event Styling Industry. Our colour combinations are updated yearly, inspired by the seasons and fashion trends of New York & London Fashion week.
  • Balloon Care
    Due to the organic nature of balloons, they are prone to popping for no apparent reason. We use the highest quality latex balloons in the industry however we have minimal control over weather conditions, customer inflation methods or other occurrences resulting in balloons bursting. Please follow the guidelines below: -Keep out of the sun or warm spaces inside -Store inflated balloons in dry cool spaces to reduce burst rates. -Compost deflated balloons after use
  • Creating my Balloon Garland
    Using our DIY balloon boxes, Bloom Shine Events has provided their industry knowledge, experience and professional tips through a step by step video tutorial on how to create a balloon garland.
  • Hazards
    Please note: - Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required at all times when inflating and removing balloons. - Keep all uninflated balloons away from children. - Please discard bursted balloons immediately after use. - Sharp objects may be harmful to yourself and others. - Pease keep flammable goods 30cm away from objects or surfaces surrounding the item
  • Balloon Inflation
    Helium is not required to inflate balloons for balloon garlands. We recommend the use of our hand pumps or an electric pump. Due to health and saftey, we do not recommend inflating balloons with your mouth.
  • Imperfections
    Balloons: Imperfections at the nubs (tip) of balloons are common - this shouldn't affect the performance of inflation or display. Candles: Our candles are hand made in New Zealand from Local and Imported Soy Wax. So we ask that you please take this into consideration with the occasional small imperfection.
  • Biodegradable Balloons
    100% biodegradable balloons with low burst rates. Why choose us? Your event can be trusted with us because we create every balloon colour combination with great passion and style. We are conscious of the planet and we want to do the best we can to support being environmentally friendly. Therefore we use balloons which are made from 100% natural biodegradable latex rubber with no added fillers. Our balloons are compostable and we highly urge all customers to do so. Our high quality latex balloons have low burst rates and can last up to 4 weeks when inflated with regular air.
  • Balloon Installation
    Outside Installation: - If you plan on having your celebration outside, we recommend tieing the balloon garland to fixed objects in order to secure the balloon garland against natural elements. - If you're installing the balloon on a hired frame, we suggest using weights to hold the frame down and natural elements can be hazardous. - We recommend using heavy duty command hooks if being installed outside (on a reasonably calm day) Inside installation: - If you're using command hooks to install the balloon garland, we recommend using them only on painted wood, tiles, glass, plaster or painted wallboards.Textured surfaces such as brick or cement wont hold grip with the command hook.
